Assault

Menomonee Falls Police Department• A 50-year-old man was arrested for assault at 11:09 p.m. July 26 as a result of a physical altercation with his 18-year-old stepson at a residence in the 18000 block of Good Hope Road.

Burglary

• Copper water lines were removed from a vacant residence in the 6700 block of Parkway Drive sometime between July 19 and 23.

Domestic violence

• A male subject was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence at 11:20 p.m. July 26 after making threatening calls to his estranged wife in the 7500 block of Pilgrim Road. The man alluded to having a gun and caused the woman to fear for her safety. Police arrested him during a traffic stop as he left his house.

Drug possession

• A female subject was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at 7:18 p.m. July 27 at a residence in the 16000 block of Roosevelt Drive. Police responded to the report of a woman who was unconscious, but still breathing. She was treated at Community Memorial Hospital and admitted to injecting heroin. The woman was taken into custody on the drug charges and a probation hold.

Operating while intoxicated

• A 30-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 3:03 a.m. July 26 after he was observed vomiting from his vehicle in the roadway at Lilly and Good Hope roads. He was determined to have a blood-alcohol level of .20.

Probation violation

• A 55-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody on a probation violation at 8:16 p.m. Aug. 2 on Main Street.

Vandalism

• The passenger side window of a 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe parked in the W15000 block of Falls Parkway was smashed July 25.

Warrants

• A 27-year-old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody on a West Allis warrant at 7:46 p.m. July 24 following a traffic stop at Appleton Avenue and Lilly Road.
• A 46-year-old Milwaukee woman was taken into custody on a Hales Corners warrant at 6:43 a.m. July 24 during a traffic stop at Old Orchard Road and Main Street.
• A 27-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on two Butler warrants at 8:16 p.m. July 28 following a traffic stop at Appleton Avenue and County Line Road.
