Disorderly conduct
• A male patron fled Buffalo Wild Wings, N96 W17990 County Line Road, without paying for a beer and nearly struck another car in the parking lot at 6:02 p.m. Aug. 3. Police stopped the man and warned him to never return to the establishment.
• A male patron of Bier Stiebe, N116 W15863 Main St., was warned to never return to the establishment after causing a disturbance Aug. 1. Investigation determined the man had behaved in an unruly manner and called a waitress names.
Domestic violence
• A male subject was arrested for disorderly conduct-domestic violence at 4:08 p.m. Aug. 3 following a physical altercation with his brother in the W19000 block of Shadow Wood Court.
Retail theft
• A male subject was cited for retail theft-first offense at 11:50 a.m. Aug. 4 at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Road.
• A group of female shoppers left Walmart, W190 N9855 Appleton Avenue, without paying for merchandise at 2:07 p.m. Aug. 4.
Vandalism
• A picnic table and wall were reported vandalized with chalk at County Line Elementary School, W159 N9939 Butternut Road, Aug. 5.
