Battery
• A male subject was arrested for battery-domestic violence at 12:25 a.m. Aug. 26 after striking his wife in the face during an altercation at their residence in the 18000 block of Lost Pond Drive.
Drug possession
• An 18-year-old man was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:22 a.m. Aug. 23 after he was stopped for defective tail lamps at Lannon and Good Hope roads. Police detected the odor of burnt marijuana and a glass pipe was located in the vehicle.
• A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at 11:33 p.m. Aug. 18 in the parking lot of Marcus Cinema, W180 N9393 Premier Lane.
Operating while intoxicated
• A female subject was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 1:51 a.m. Aug. 27 following a traffic stop at Menomonee River Parkway and Pilgrim Road. The vehicle was stopped after the driver stopped in the intersection while the light was red. She was determined to have a bloodalcohol level of .20.
Retail theft
• A male suspect fled Woodman’s Food Market, W124 N8145 Highway 145, without paying for alcohol Aug. 23 and 24.
Theft
• An 18-year-old man was taken into custody for theft at 6:12 p.m. Aug. 24 after investigation revealed he had stolen a bicycle from the N8000 block of Town Hall Road. The man’s 19-year-old male friend was taken into custody on a warrant.
Warrants
• A 37-year-old Watertown woman was taken into custody on two Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department warrants at 8:06 a.m. Aug. 27 following a traffic stop at Silver Spring Drive and Butternut Drive.
• A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on a Menomonee Falls commitment for possession of marijuana at the Greenfield Police Department at 1:11 a.m. Aug. 27.
