Drug possession
• A male subject was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 10:07 p.m. Aug. 3 following a traffic stop at Stonebridge Court and Stonebridge Drive.
Operating while intoxicated
• A 61-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 11:25 p.m. Aug. 8 after he was stopped for speeding at Pilgrim and Good Hope roads.
• A 57-year-old Menomonee Falls man was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 2:45 a.m. Aug. 9 after he was stopped for a defective tail lamp at Maple and County Line roads. He was found to have a blood-alcohol level of .18.
• A female subject was arrested for operating while intoxicated-first offense at 10:21 p.m. Aug. 2 following a traffic stop at Appleton Avenue and County Line Road.
Probation violation
• A 46-year-old Menomonee Falls man was held in custody on a probation and parole order to detain at the police department at 8:50 a.m. Aug. 4.
• A 20-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody on a felony parole violation at 7:19 p.m. Aug. 4 in the W17000 block of Main Street.
Retail theft
• A male subject fled Target, N95 W17707 Shady Lane, with Lexar SD memory cards valued at $239.92 Aug. 7.
• A 26-year-old Milwaukee man was taken into custody after fleeing Auto Zone, N88 W15438 Main St., with wrenches at 3:40 p.m. Aug. 3. Police discovered marijuana in the man’s vehicle and the subject was also cited for possession of marijuana.
Probation violation
• A 55-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody on a probation violation at 8:16 p.m. Aug. 2 on Main Street.
Warrants
• A 44-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody on a Waukesha warrant at 2:55 p.m. Aug. 6 in the W2000 block of Hi Mount Court.
• A 43-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody on two Waukesha County warrants at 9:53 p.m. Aug. 5 in the W17000 block of Schneider Drive.
• A 26-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody on a Department of Corrections at 8:28 p.m. Aug. 5 in the N9000 block of Water Street.
