Bail jumping

Menomonee Falls Police Department • A 43-year-old Menomonee Falls man was taken into custody on two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and two counts of felony bail jumping at 8:52 a.m. July 29 at the village police department affer it was determined the man had not adhered to his bail conditions.

Battery

• A male subject was arrested for substantial battery and disorderly conductdomestic violence at 12:30 a.m. July 29 in the 13000 block of Fond du Lac Avenue after a verbal altercation with his mother escalated to a physical fight. During the incident, the man threatened his mother with a knife. He was also charged with two counts of bail jumping.

Disorderly conduct

• A male subject was arrested for disorderly conduct at The Radisson Hotel, N88 W14750 Main St., at 7:10 p.m. Aug. 3. Hotel staff reported the man was extremely intoxicated and had been bothering patrons in the bar area and asking for marijuana.

Drug possession

• A 22-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and on warrants at 2:26 p.m. July 27 after he was stopped for reckless driving at Main Street and Town Line Road. The man was found to have a glass pipe that tested positive for marijuana, and also had two warrants for his arrest.
• A 19-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana and a second 19- year-old male for underage alcohol at 11:46 p.m. July 25 after police investigated five suspicious male subjects at Deer Trail and Settlers Court.

Obstructing

• A male subject was arrested for obstructing at 12:56 a.m. July 29 in the 15000 block of Knoll Terrace. Police made contact with the subject when they went to his residence to locate the male’s girlfriend who had left her home without permission. The boyfriend was argumentative and uncooperative with police and gave officers false information.

Operating after revocation

• A male subject was cited for operating after revocation-25th offense at 9:06 p.m. July 30 following a traffic stop at County Line Road and River Crest Drive. He was also cited for not having a mandated Ignition interlock device installed on his vehicle.
