Domestic violence

• A male subject was taken into custody for disorderly conduct-domestic violence at 1:48 a.m. Oct. 25 following a physical altercation with his wife in the N9000 block of Mayflower Drive.

Operating while intoxicated

gpd• A female subject was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense at 11:09 p.m. Oct. 28 following a traffic stop at Pilgrim and Donges Bay roads.
• A female subject was arrested for operating while intoxicated-second offense at 7:58 p.m. Oct. 29 in the parking lot of Robert’s Frozen Custard, N112 W16040 Mequon Road.

Retail theft

• A male subject was arrested for retail theft at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Road, at 6:51 p.m. Oct. 23.
• A female shopper was cited for retail theft at TJ Maxx, W186 N9754 Appleton Avenue, at 7:21 p.m. Oct. 21.

Theft

• A female employee of Robert’s Frozen Custard, N112 W16040 Mequon Road, was taken into custody for theft at 1:47 p.m. Oct. 19 and kept on a probation hold.
• A female employee of Subway, W190 N9855 Appleton Avenue, was arrested for theft at 3:05 p.m. Oct. 22. • A male complainant reported Oct. 22 that tools were stolen from his storage unit in the N1000 block of Fond du Lac Avenue.

Truancy

• A male student at Germantown High School was cited for habitual truancy at 1:29 p.m. Oct. 19.

Warrants

• A female subject was taken into custody on warrants through the Milwaukee and Waukesha counties at 11:20 p.m. Oct. 20 following a traffic stop at the Highway 41 on-ramp to Lannon Road.
