Disorderly conduct

• A female employee of Gables of Germantown, N109 W17110 Ava Circle, reported Sept. 8 that a fellow gpdfemale employee struck her in the head with a phone during a verbal altercation. The assailant fled prior to police arrival. Investigation is ongoing.

Electronic device violation

• A female student at Germantown High School, W180 N11501 River Lane, was cited for possession of an electronic device Sept. 10.

Loitering

• A male subject was warned and advised for loitering at the Park n’ Ride, W195 N106 Lannon Road, at 12:18 p.m. Sept. 10.

Retail theft

• Two male subjects were caught on surveillance camera shoplifting from Menard’s, W186 N9754 Appleton Avenue, at 3:47 p.m. Sept. 9.

Theft

• A male subject reported Sept. 8 that a television set was stolen from his residence in the N11000 block of Legend Avenue.
• Copper wire belonging to We Energies was stolen from Kasten Marine at N128 W21795 Holy Hill Road Sept. 8.

Vandalism

• The village Parks Department reported vandalism to a ramp at Haupt Strasse Park, N116 W16952 Main St., Sept. 9.
• A male subject reported Sept. 8 that the windshield wipers on his 2009 Toyota Yaris had been bent.

Warrants

• A male subject was taken into custody on a probation and parole violation at 11:23 a.m. Sept. 9 in the N11000 Hilltop Drive.
• A male subject was taken into custody on a body-only warrant at 10:59 p.m. Sept. 9 after a traffic stop for operating after revocation at River Lane and Mequon Road.
