Disorderly conduct

gpd• A female subject in the N11000 block of Abbey Court was warned and advised for causing a disturbance by yelling and slamming doors at 1:13 a.m. Sept. 7.
• Three male subjects were warned and advised for causing a disturbance by fighting loudly at Country Inn & Suites, W188 N11020 Maple Road, at 2:43 a.m. Sept. 7.

Domestic violence

• A male subject was arrested for domestic violence Sept. 7 after an investigation revealed he had choked his girlfriend at a residence on Marlette Drive and then fled in a truck. Operating while intoxicated
• A male subject was arrested for operating while intoxicated at 1:47 a.m. Sept. 7 after running through a red light in the W16000 block of Main Street.

Retail theft

• A male subject was cited for retail theft-first offense at 3:07 p.m. Sept. 7 at Fleet Farm, N96 W18200 County Line Road.
• A female subject was cited for retail theft at Fleet Farm at 2:18 p.m. Sept. 7.

Warrants

• A male subject was taken into custody on two Germantown warrants at 2:48 p.m. Sept. 11 in the W13000 block of Lovers Lane.
• A female subject was transported from the Milwaukee County Jail to the Washington County Jail on a Germantown warrant at 6:39 p.m. Sept. 6.
• A male subject was taken into custody on a felony warrant through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 12:10 a.m. Sept. 8 following a traffic stop at Mequon and Maple roads.
